SunReply

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you install the SunReply browser extension, create a SunReply account or buy a plan. "SunReply", "we" and "us" mean the SunReply service. By using SunReply you agree to these terms.

What SunReply does

SunReply is a Chrome extension that suggests comments, replies, posts, Upwork proposals and translations with the help of AI. It fills a text box for you. It never posts, comments, sends messages or submits proposals by itself: you review the text and send it yourself.

Credits and plans

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Fair and lawful use

AI-written text

Suggestions are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Always read and edit them before you use them. You own the text you send, and you are responsible for it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SunReply fast and available, but it depends on websites and AI services we do not control, so we cannot promise it will always work without interruption. We may improve or change features. If we change prices for an existing plan, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Ending use

You can stop using SunReply and delete your account at any time by e-mailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

SunReply is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost business or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Important changes will be announced by e-mail or in the extension.
