SunReply

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

SunReply is a browser extension that helps you write LinkedIn comments, replies and posts, Upwork proposals and translations. This policy explains what data SunReply uses and where it goes.

What SunReply reads

Only when you click a SunReply button, the extension reads the text of that LinkedIn post, comment or conversation, or that Upwork job or chat (author name and text), so the AI can suggest a reply. When you use voice, it records audio from your microphone until you press stop. When you use the translator, it reads the text you type or select.

What is stored on your computer

Your settings, saved prospects, comment and proposal history, writing-style samples, templates and translation history are stored in your browser's local extension storage. They stay on your device until you delete them, remove the extension, or clear your browser data. You can export or delete them from the extension's settings at any time.

Permissions

You are always in control

SunReply never posts, comments, sends messages or submits proposals by itself. It only fills in a text box. You review the text and send it yourself.

Deleting your account

E-mail us from your account's address and we will delete your account data within 30 days.

Children

SunReply is meant for professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
